In the beginning, you may be forced to build your business without much support from friends, family, and co-workers. Don’t let anyone steal your dreams. Once you select the right company, believe in your company, believe in your product, believe in network marketing, and most importantly, believe in yourself. Once you’re successful, even those who were negative will come around.
If your family is not supportive of your dream to build a successful business, you must communicate your desire and commitment in terms that are unmistakable. No one has the right to hold you back from success. However, you may need to play by rules that are mutually accepted. Work together with your family towards success, even if they’re not directly involved at the beginning.
No one is responsible for your success but you. Your parents are not responsible; neither are your children, your friends, partners, spouse, church leaders, or even your MLM sponsor or company leadership. You must develop the attitude that claims, “If it’s to be, it’s up to me.”
